Construction
Alex Gallant has accumulated 15 of years experience working in sustainable construction. After graduating high school, he worked his way up from pouring foundations, to earning a carpentry diploma, to deep energy retrofits of historical buildings in Halifax. From there he was onto an apprenticeship building custom net-zero homes, while earning his Red Seal in Carpentry.
Solar
Next he was leading installations for a local solar installer, including projects with Killiam REIT’s apartment complexes, and industrial facilities like the Bedford Institute of Oceanography and the FedEx complex. He has completed Solar PV Design and Installation Training curriculum as described by Efficiency Nova Scotia.
Safety
With plenty of experience working at heights under various conditions, Alex knows the importance of diligent safety standards. Including certification in; Elevated Work Platform Operation, Fall Protection Training, and Emergency First Aid. Ready Racking is fully Insured to protect everyone's assets.
